We are proud to have an exemplary record of zero billing violations since our 1989 incorporation. After thousands of billings and reports, The AccuMed Group has never had a single billing violation.

In addition to our stringent internal compliance-plan and testing procedures, The AccuMed Group employs the national EMS law firm of Page, Wolfberg and Wirth to audit our compliance efforts and test the aptitude of our billing and management staff.

The AccuMed Group's current software solution is RescueNet Billing, proprietary software owned and operated by Zoll Medical Data Systems. They maintain a dedicated compliance department to ensure all laws and requirements relating to billing are functioning properly within their billing software.

The AccuMed Group employs the following compliance resources:

• Corporate Compliance Plan; as recommended by the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General.

• Annual External Audits
